When enrollment opens, you may be invited to complete a brief application to help us understand your goals and priorities.
Application Review
Each application is reviewed thoughtfully to ensure alignment with the practice model and current availability.
Begin Care
Accepted patients begin with the 12-Week Precision Reset before transitioning into ongoing membership care.
Enrollment is limited. Individuals may join the waitlist to be notified when enrollment opens.
